SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery locations within the west-island and west-shore of Montreal will have their packages delivered by our MYCITY team personally, with a very cheap delivery cost. You can check to see if you fall in this region in the checkout section before purchase.
All other locations fall under shipping services done by Canada Post which require an extra shipping fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our MYCITY team is flexible and open when it comes to exchanges and refunds. We understand that dissatisfaction with any product/service is very possible therefore we try to this process as straightforward as we can.
For physical products (such as clothes)
Contact us by email explaining the issue and we can organize a quick meet-up at a satisfactory location in Montreal to do an exchange or refund with one of our MYCITY team members.
For online services (such as event tickets)
Contact us by email clearly explaining the reason for a refund and we will organize the best and simplest way to execute the refund.
